• I believe I read that you long-press one of the buttons for at least 3 seconds to lock the controls.

• having the controls works great for me. Keeps little fingers away from the controls very well.

• White, Black, and Stainless steel are the finishes of the door. 55 dba is the noise rating. two entirely different things. not even related.
