• A:Answer Whirlpool makes a side by side refrigerator and freezer combo called “side kicks.”. They are individual standalone units priced separately. With the use of a separately purchased trim kit as shown in the photo they look like the high end units sold for $$$$$. I had my first set of “side kicks” for 19 years and just replaced them with a new pair with my kitchen remodel. Love them.. I elected not to purchase the trim kit and they look great side by side. I just hope they last as long as my first set purchased in 2004.

Q: Questionis the refrigerator shorter than the freezer? it says the freezer is 69.25 high and the ref is 66.75 high. Do they make ones the same height?

• A:Answer Hi brooke10, both the refrigerator and the freezer measure 66 1/4 inches. But when the leveling legs are extended, they can both reach a max height of 69.25 inches high. We hope this helps!

Q: QuestionWe bought a Sidekick 17.7 cu ft refrigerator to replace an older model and it had all the same dimensions BUT when they delivered it and put it in….the door did not have the zero clearance hinge and it hits the wall. It won’t open. Why did they change?
