I have a 14 year old Kenmore front load dryer that is on a pedastal. I am buying a new Whirlpool Dryer. Will the installers disconnect my pedestal on the old dryer to haul the old dryer away?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best bet is to ask the sales person that you ordered the washer from. We had the Whirlpool Duet and ordered the newer set, and the original pedestals did not fit. I ordered the new pedestals afterwards and guess what, it doesn’t come with installation. The sales person said that once delivered, the delivery would install. The delivery said no, you need a separate work order. Sometimes they use a 3rd party to deliver their products, so they’re not Best Buy employees. I would make sure they came together and installed together. The washer is super heavy!
