Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. We're sorry to hear your Litter-Robot is giving inaccurate litter level readings. We understand how frustrating this can be, but please rest assured, we are determined to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible! Any time you affect the weight or placement of the unit (including emptying the waste drawer, adding or removing litter, or cleaning or moving the unit), press the Reset button to ensure the weight sensors will detect your cat and cycle properly. Be careful not to rest on the unit as you press the Reset button, or your weight will influence the reading. If this does not resolve the issue, we kindly ask that you contact our Customer Experience team as they will be able to provide additional troubleshooting assistance. Whisker
