• Hello Heather, Yes, you can always purchase the WhiskerCare Warranty from our website even when you purchase through a retailer. Your robot will be covered for 1 year unless otherwise stated, which can then be extended an additional 2 years if the extended warranty is purchased. Thank you, Whisker
