Q: QuestionHow does the waste not pile in the tray? Does it get disposed evenly or spread out to not create a stack? I have an 11.3# diabetic cat who uses the box often & creates large pancake-sized patties, not like his 12.5# sister's small clumps that could roll.

• A:Answer Hello Mumof2, The Litter-Robot 4's waste drawer was designed with a bit of a slant so it fills up without too much piling up in the center. However, with your diabetic cat's waste, we would suggest occasionally removing the drawer and shaking it so it evens out better. Thank you, Whisker

• A:Answer Hello, Yes, you can use any bag that fits in the waste drawer. However, please note that waste level readings may be inaccurate when using a dark bag, especially when the drawer is empty. As clumps start to collect in the drawer, the readings will become more accurate.
