To help with your question, WHOOP devices purchased at one of our retail partners will only apply the prepaid membership months to a brand new WHOOP account. If you purchase a WHOOP from an authorized retailer but you already have an active account, you will need to reach out to our membership services team at [email protected] and they will be able to add the 12-months to your account.
