Yes you can. LIFE model includes Blood Pressure Insights. You’ll need to calibrate it first with real blood pressure readings, then it does the rest.

This feature provides daily systolic and diastolic estimates using patent-pending technology. WHOOP collects heart rate, HRV, and blood flow data while you sleep, then delivers a single daily estimate each morning. To unlock the feature, you’ll first log a traditional cuff reading in-app to calibrate your baseline. Your blood pressure range is then shown in the Health tab of the app. Keep in mind: the values are estimates, and won’t update throughout the day.
