• Thanks for your question! Both the WHOOP 5.0 (One and Peak) and WHOOP MG (Life) use the same band attachment system, so all 5.0 and MG bands will physically fit either device. However, MG bands have the small scalloped/indented sections on the clasp with a conductive coating, and are what allow the ECG and Heart Screener features to work properly. If someone is using the MG device and wants full functionality, they’ll want to use an MG band rather than a standard 5.0 band.
