Yes, however if you want a lot of bottles upright you may want something a little bigger. Definitely more designed for cans

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The shelves are removable, but I don't believe they are adjustable. However, 10 or so bottle will fit on a shelf as well as cans. The bottom of the fridge also will hold bottles and cans. I imagine you could pull out the last removable shelf and stand bottles up as well on the bottom. I hope this helps.
