The model does not feature an upper drain port. It utilizes the patented auto drain technology which exhausts condensation automatically in most environments where the humidity is less than 70%. If the humidity at the location is higher, the auto drain or self-evaporative function, can still exhaust the majority of the moisture. The remaining moisture will be collected in the base of the air conditioner and may need to be drained periodically.
