“When i press + - or power button it flashes LOC on the screen what dose that mean and how do i take that off also its sopposed to have the set heat numbers turn blue once the heats reached that temperature ... It dose not do that Any one have this prob?”

Hi Brian, Thank you very much for reaching out with your question. The "LOC" is a safety feature for locking of the controls to avoid accidental changing of temperature or turning off during use, given the proximity of the buttons to your finger positions while brushing. Pushing the power button 3 times will turn the unit to the "OFF" position. In addition, after 30 minutes the unit turns off both the heating and ionic features, though we always recommend unplugging for additional safety. Additionally, if you press the power button twice and then on the third time hold it down, it unlocks and the unit will turn off. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when I turn on it stays 265. they in push wheel it says loc at 265 and flashes loc. hit power button and it does this about 4 times and flashes 265 before heat goes up. very annoying

Its designed that was so your hand doesn't get in the way while using. just continue to press it until it doesn't display the "loc" and then you have the option to change the temp or turn it off. To turn it off, just hold the power button once the "loc" display goes away from you tapping it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it says lock, just wait and hold it down again to turn off. I set the temp after I cut it on, it normally does a count up to the desired temp.
