This one can stay in year round because it has a heater and humidifier,and it can go right in the corner,it has a or fan also,I love it and it really works,I definitely would recommend this product.

You will need a handyman to do the replaster and probably need a new sleeve to fit the new unit, one which is 3 inches shorter. Best Buy will only remove the old and slide in the new and will only do that if it is 115volt ( no electrical changes or 220 prong)

The AC was a gift for my mother, The technician had no problem at all, He remove the old one from the window and just put the new one it was simple and it works great.
