Q: QuestionIf I were to buy a 4 camera arlo pro 3 camera system along with an arlo wired doorbell, would the tech be able to install all under the wireless camera install (up to 8 cameras) or would I need to pay for a different package as the doorbell is wired?

Q: QuestionI have a camera that does need to be plugged into a power source with an option of cat5 plug as well. if the power source plug needs to be longer wil the installer have that available. also my entire house is pre-wired cat5

• A:Answer I doubt it as that comes from the manufacturer of the camera. He's more likely to have a cat5 cable on hand (which would probably never happen) but the power comes from the camera manufacturer.

Q: QuestionThere is no best buy location within 50 miles of us. Are we located too far from any store to have someone come out and install smart home devices (cameras etc.)? Basically, is there a distance limit to home installations?

Q: QuestionWe live on a mountain in Texas with no cell coverage. We have wi-fi through Hughes.net. My husband wants an outdoor camera outside on our horses' corral that he can monitor from inside the house whenever he feels like it. We don't need audio.

Q: QuestionI plan to buy 4 wireless camera with DVR. There is no outdoor power outlet. Your technician need to drill a hole through the stucco/drywall; behind the camera; so the power cable can pass through and plug into indoor outlet. Will it add any extra cost?

• A:Answer This answer (non answer) is total waste. I have the same question. The person did not ask how much the cost just whether there is an extra cost to drill a hole. The answer is either YES or NO it's included, period. What you answered implies it depends on the type of wall. Please it's an exterior wall of a house, period. I can understand not quoting the price until the location is seen but you should have said YES or NO as the person didn't ask how much.
