• Hello, RokUKiddingMe! The Roku Wireless Speakers are designed to connect with a Roku host device such as a Roku Streambar, Roku Streambar Pro, Roku Smart Soundbar, or Roku TV. It cannot be connected directly to a non-Roku sound system.

• According to the Roku support site the speakers can only be used as front speakers with a Roku TV, but can be used as either front or rear speakers with a Roku sound bar.
