• Hi Mutley! Currently it is not possible to listen to your Roku Wireless Speakers and use Private Listening with Headphones at the same time.

• No, there is no headphone Jack on the speakers or any ability to use wireless headphones with the speakers. You could do a work-around by using the Roku remote that comes with a headphone Jack - but you could use that without the speakers.
