No it doesn't. I bought it under the impression that it came with 12 booster packs because of the specifications of the product but it's only one pack.

This is just one pack of cards.

Nope only 1 booster pack per box.

This is 1 pack, that contains 15 cards. The reason these are sought after, is the fact that within these you have the chance to find the 1-of-1 serialized ring card.
