• Yes it is eligible for the gcu, but since best buy discontinued the gcu program it doesn't show up on the website. It does show up when you add it to your cart though, provided your gcu is still active.

• Not sure why it isn't working for you. My GCU discount definitely did apply, otherwise I would have just done the digital version.
