• Hello Donna! Thank you for your question. The unit can only cut up to a 1/4 inch of thickness! I do not think this will be the tool you are looking for. You can damage the blade or the blade guard by forcing something too large into the small opening. If the material is less than 1/4 inch thick then it may work for you! Thank you for choosing Worx!
