• A:Answer It is a two prong plug however, it is imperative that you use a 14ga wire extension cord that is good for 15 amps. The blower draws 12 amps at 120VAC. If you use a very long 16ga wire cord you will suffer voltage loss which will increase the amperage and potentially burn up the motor prematurely.

• A:Answer Yes, but only slightly because the nozzle is not an attachment but part of the unit. It decreases the exit diameter less than one inch which does not sacrifice CFM.
