Please ensure that you are using your 2.4GHz network when setting up the camera as our products do not currently communicate with 5GHz networks. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I heard others say if you temporarily disable 5g Wifi and connect with just 2.4g .. you can go back and enable 5g after successfully connected.
