“So why doesn't Wyze tell people that there is no way to charge the proprietary battery in the box? Why doesn't Best Buy tell their customers the same thing? To charge the main battery it can't be installed in the lock. Their charger is $24 extra. Why?????”

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the Wyze Palm Lock battery charging process. The main battery for the Wyze Palm Lock can’t be charged while it’s installed in the lock. You can charge the battery using either a USB-C power cable and 5V2A adapter or the Wyze Battery Charging Dock (sold separately).
