Hi there! Wyze Cam Floodlight v2 can detect motion up to 30 feet away. You can customize the Detection Zone in your floodlight's settings. If you have not already, please contact our Wizards team (https://wyzelabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us) so we may help. You may tap the Message icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the support site > fill out the questionnaire > and choose how you would like to speak with our team. Please include as much information on your issue as possible.
