• Every preorder I have ever had from Best Buy was delivered on launch day via UPS. The only thing I could see that would change this would be very inclement weather/natural disasters that upset the package flow rate.

• It depends on the shipping you select I believe it ships prior to release and get at house on release day like Amazon. You can also order online and pick up at store on the 27th
