• YES and no. A lot of the games are compatible but not all. XBOX keeps sending out firmware updates incorporate more games. You should go to XBOX's website for a full list. Goggle search Xbox One Backward Compatibility.

• Some games are compatible which you can purchase on the online market or try putting the CD in the consolel it might work it might not

• Yep! The Xbox One S, as well as the other Xbox One consoles. are backwards compatible with certain Xbox 360 games, and even some original Xbox games! You can see the whole list here: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility
