“bought this for my grandson downloading madden took about 6 hrs worked for 30 days but now it will not play did I do something wrong in downloading process or does it need to be downloaded again or do I need to contact Microsoft for help”

The strength of your WiFi is usually the issue. We have pretty fast internet and it took about an hour to download
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It may have because of the speed of the internet provider. We choose to do it late night and with in 90 mins it was downloaded and ready to play.
