• Yes, sort of. You can "trade in" certain electronics, including Xbox Ones, and in return you receive a Best Buy gift card, which you can use towards the purchase of an Xbox One X. From the BestBuy.com home page, click on "services", then on "Trade-In Program". This is how I traded in my Xbone for my Xbone X. And remember, delete ALL of your personal stuff from your Xbox One before trading it in!
