• Once the ability to "Preorder" begins, then you can. Should be soon according to Phil Spencer head of Xbox. The button labeled "Coming Soon" will then be clickable for you to preorder it.

• Nothing is confirmed as of yet... I do know that Gamescom takes place from 22 to 26 August and rumor has it that Microsoft will put the Xbox up for pre-order sometime during this celebration... However, another hot rumor is that Microsoft has everything approved needed for pre-orders and will start something this week. Very exciting time for Xbox!

• Xbox one X is unavailable for preorder until receiving FCC approval for the device. There is no current timeframe of when that will be completed.
