• Yes. The One X is still a member of the Xbox One family -- Hence, no matter if all parties associated are playing across the Xbox One/ Xbox One S/ Xbox One X/Windows 10 PC using Play Anywhere title, online gameplay can occur across all platforms, especially, but not limited to, Xbox Live Gold.

• Yep! Xbox One X still plays all the same games than an Xbox One does, and can even use all the same accessories!
