• When the console was being developed it was named Scorpio. There was a limited preorder edition called the Scorpio edition. To answer your question - yes this the console you're asking about.

• Huh??? Scorpio was the code name given to the development project of the Xbox One X. Hence the phrase "Project Scorpio" whrn it was in development.
