• Thanks for asking. Xbox Series S is an all-digital console and does not have an optical drive. It will not play physical game discs or Blu-rays.

• The console is 100% digital so games wouldn't go in at all. It's only downloads and stuff. If you want to use game discs it's best to buy the Series X.
