Yes you got scammed. Employees didn't tell you the membership doesn't guarantee you a console. Request a refund, because you gave them $200 for nothing.

Had to hunt a little bit, because the stock only applied to certain store locations (the one I ordered is about 100 miles away). Also, it is on a first come, first serve basis. If you were online right at noon, and logged into your TT membership, it should have allowed you to purchase (as long as there was a store nearby that had it). I'm really sorry you weren't lucky, but hope you have better luck next time!
