“Why can't I add it in my cart and what is the next step process with no instructions???”

• There is no next step. I had mine in cart and clicking checkout I got an error message saying it was out of stock. It was out of stock in like 5 seconds. So frustrated to be so close and then get told it was sold out. Bestbuy isn't doing anything to prevent bots. Need to start back up with in store purchasing.

• They just need to stop online sales across the board. We are literally battling bots, that buy them up as soon as they become available. Need to just do in store purchases no online.
