• Same here man I got in contact with corporate and they couldn’t give me a reason why it got canceled I’m mad

• did this for financial reasons, holding your money boost their profits even if it gets refunded back yo you, of course you will not see a xbox x and will get an I don't know answer

• It also happened to me. So apparently you were only allowed to get 1 xbox per costumer.
