• Actually, you'll want to go into settings and turn on the 24fps playback option for theatrical experience. Unless you're watching Gemini Man.

• The output mode is selected by the application. In this case, the Blu-ray player will most likely select 4K 24Hz since, most Blu-ray discs are 24Hz.
