When ordering online you must keep refreshing your phone or computer and don’t get off page. When they say it drops at a time you want to be on page. It’s always East Coast time so when they drop be ready. For example if it drops at 3 o’clock East Coast time and you live in and you live in California, that means that it is 12 o’clock there.
