Thanks for asking! Any Xbox games purchased digitally on your Xbox One will automatically be available on Xbox Series X when you log into your account. Alternatively, you may also use an external hard drive to transfer your games or, if the games came on disc, can be reinstalled using the original disc.

As long as you have them saved in your cloud, it’s best to use a external hard drive to free up space when using discs/digital copies instead of downloading them over again.

If you made digital purchases, then yes. Check your games and apps and all compatible games will appear there. If you had an external hard drive on your xbox one, just plug it into your Series X/S and whatever is compatible will be there ready to play.
