For a while, every time we went to the store, we asked someone to check the inventory. One lucky time, they did have one… even though it wasn’t on the website. If they tell you another store has one (from looking at their internal Best Buy system) and the public website doesn’t say they have one in stock, they DO have it. You’ll have to go to the store and ask for it. The truth is, they don’t want people to keep buying them and selling them for a profit. So they will check your reward zone account first for whether or not you already have one. Only after that point was when they told me “the manager said it was ok” and brought one out to me. Finding one is more of an art than a science, unfortunately. Keep at it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just happened to be in a Best Buy store and overheard an associate saying he was going to try upselling a customer to a Series X. I asked if they had some in stock, and he said "Yes, several." The app said they had none. Honestly I think you'd be better off just calling or going in and asking, as the app and reality don't seem to match. The good news is that the Series X is finally becoming pretty easy to buy compared to the PS5.
