Does this come with steel case/ preorder bonus null

No steel case. There is a Mini Metal Poster that was offered as a pre-order bonus for online pre-orders starting 01/23/2025 "while supplies last". I pre-ordered back in January and it was added to my order a few days later. I couldn't tell you whether it's still available or if they've run out.
