“Does this graphics card have a cooling fan on it or it is a passive graphics card? In the photos it looks like it doesn't have a cooling fan making it passive but then, in the specifications for this graphics card it shows "Cooling System: (Fan)”

• No cooling fan as the thermal solution is Longer LP Heatsink.

• It does not have a fan, it uses heat sinks and appears to work just fine keeping it cool.

• The image is correct. The card has a heat sink without fan. It is cooled quite nicely.
