A: This particular model can be used in most towers. I personally used it in an older low profile tower. The additional port can be taken off to make the card smaller.
Q: How many monitor can I use at once?
A: On a Windows 7 Pro system I could only get 2 of the 3 displays active. Windows display properties shows all three screens, but one was always inactive. Trying to enable it, or even just clone one of the other two screens (which is actually what my client was after) did not work. VGA, DVI, and HDMI -- I could select any two. Was attracted to the fanless/noiseless design, and modest power needs of this one.
A: No cooling fan as the thermal solution is Longer LP Heatsink.
Q: will this graphics card work on windows 10 64 bit
A: Yes, it works with Windows 10 64 bit home or professional edition.
A: The motherboard's BIOS can only run 1 video controller at a time, recommend; find an add on card that will support 4 monitors. One with 4 Display Ports for instance.
Q: Does this come With a low profile bracket?
A: It adapts for low profile applications. Need a small phillips as I recall. I put these in both my full size HP desk top and a small foot print HP desktop. Fits fine in both. Big improvement in my basic machines.
A: Yes, This card works on the Windows Creator Edition. I upgraded to Windows Creator Edition and I haven't had any issues with this card using Windows Creator Edition.
Q: Will this be compatible with a Windows 10?
A: Yes. You will need to download the drivers (amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit.exe) and install them after the upgrade to Windows 10, but the card works. I have two displays on my system, one of which is XVGA to a TV/Monitor and the card handles both. Updated from Windows 7 ultimate to Windows 10 professional on a 10 year old HP tower and the video on the motherboard is not compatible with Windows 10. This card made it possible for me to run both of my displays.
