Yes, This card works on the Windows Creator Edition. I upgraded to Windows Creator Edition and I haven't had any issues with this card using Windows Creator Edition.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Apparently with just the last windows 10 upgrade, older Radeon HD 4X00 series cards the software driver is no longer compatible. During the microsoft upgrade it gives NO WARNING of this compatibility issue, but rather installs a generic video driver. Of course this generic driver only has a few basic video modes. At my work I have been forced to replace the Older Radeon cards as now there is distortion / stretching in the display image. Not good for page layout. :-( Any new card that lists WCE in the compatibility list, should work OK, esp if your not playing games. If you have a favorite game, check with the game manufacturer / forum for recommended video cards.
