• Dear 2Monitors; In my experiences, you have to buy and try. I had an older Dell Tower that would not except this video card (no matter what I did). You do have a slot avaiable on your Asus to do this: the 1 x PCIe x16. Now it's a game to see if Asus Desktop will either accept or reject it with the motherboard. You always have returns.
