• Probably. Are you using SSD or platter HD's? I've never used a low profile unit. I'd put a bigger PS in on a full size desktop. Especially when you start talking multiple spinning HD's, a DVD player or two, USB-3 expansion card, etc...

• I honestly doubt that it would. And you will need a full length PCI Express slot to plug it in.
