just so long as you have an open PCI express 16x slot, it will be compatible with the motherboard. most newer video cards require windows 7 and above.

It work very well on Intel CPU I7.

If you're speaking on regards to the cpu, it's compatible with both. Now as to the software on the graphics card itself, it's amd only.

I installed this video card in my wife's computer and she's running the Intel I 7,so yes you can. Make sure you have enough space in your tower and your power source is adequate for this video card.
