• As long as your mobo has at least pcie 3.0 (generation type, it might still run on 2.0, but I wouldn’t chance it), and the slot size is x16 it’ll work. I believe all X570 mobos have at least one pcie 4.0 that x16 in length.

• As long as your power supply supports it, you'll be fine. It should definitely fit in that case and will work fine with that motherboard.
