• Not sure, you might want to call the store, but it is an AMD promotion, so I don't see why you wouldn't.

• Yes, you will. The redemption codes are sent via email at the time of purchase/delivery.

• I'd recommend buying it directly through best buy. My google shopping experiences haven't been the best.
