When I was running it at 100% power (no overclocking) I was getting up to about 192 - 200 watts. I was running it at full power 24/7 while mining Ethereum before I underclocked it by 400 mhz and reduced power by 40%.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my system under moderate load, the card was surprisingly pulling only about 100-150 watts total. Underload (benchmarking) it pulled in a hot 275 watts of juice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My PSU is a little underpowered at 500w so I use the AMD software that is installed with the drives to underclock it a bit. There is a slider for max CPU speed and I set it to -30%. It is stable even at -10% but I like the extra coolness and lower power consumption because it still plays most of my games at max settings without even using 50% of the GPU power. With my -30% setting the temp is about 75c and the power consumption is under 150w. With games like Overwatch that aren't very demanding it is way below that on wattage. I can still run most games at 1080p on ultra settings with my setup. So in summary if you want this card to run the most demanding games at 1440 on high or ultra settings it'll get hot and use like 250 watts. If you run games at 1080p and set it to run cool and lower power with the driver software then it will be cool with low power consumption.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Approximately 300W based on the Thermal Design Power Rating of 225W
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It requires a 650w power supply. Save your money for a 2070 or higher though. Better product.
