• Yes your system will run better with the rx580., you have more ram and better frames per second. It is worth the investment.

• This GPU is only MINIMALLY better than the RX560---------so, unless you really need to--------frankly, I wouldn't bother. I updated from a RX470 due to the increased GPU memory (4GB to 8GB).
