• 8 gigs is alright as far as ram goes, itll handle fortnitew for sure. mw might be cutting it a lil close but should be fine.

• You can absolutely play those games with this card but I would recommend getting at least 16GB for gaming at a minimum

• You can play those games and even more demanding titles just fine with this and 8gb of ram. Just make sure you adjust your bios settings so you use the full speed of the ram and the full potential of the graphics card.
